Meet Tyler
Lifelong athlete and experienced strength and conditioning coach
As the Founder and Owner of Compound Freedom and the President of the Compound Warrior Project (501c3 non-profit), I bring a lifelong passion for strength and conditioning, and self-defense to my work. My journey began early, with my first steps on the ice at the age of two, leading to a varied athletic career that included college hockey and a deep commitment to being the hardest worker in the room.
After my time on the ice, I ventured into the world of Mixed Martial Arts, honing skills in Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more. My dedication to continuous learning expanded to encompass Combative/Self Defense, Emergency Medical Training, K9 (dual purpose) tactics, Pistol, and Blade Work.
Compound Warrior Project
The Compound Warrior Project provides support to military, law enforcement and first responders through on site and on line training programs designed to enable these warriors to be the best versions of themselves as they FORGE FORWARD.
